Green and Gold Spot Toys Fee $2 will apply to all memberships above (1 of your 4 toys)
Casual Fees (bond required) $2.00 Toys and $5.00 Green Spot Toys
New Casuals (bond required) (2 toys, 1 puzzle and book) No Green Spot Toys till 3rd visit.
Note: Gold Spot Toys are Not for casual hire.
All Borrowing is for 2 weeks.
Borrowing
Members are entitled to borrow 4 toys and a puzzle for two weeks, though only 1 green spot toy is to be borrowed at a time.
Books are free for borrowing 1-2 per child. -
Toys are to be returned by the due date, (or within that week).
Please let the Librarian know if you need to renew your toys by sending an email, toys will be renewed for two weeks. With NO overdue fees.
PLEASE DO NOT EXCHANGE TOYS with friends even if they are Toy Library members. All toys must remain in the borrower's name/home. *
The member is responsible for the toys after leaving the Toy Library. Please notify the Librarian of any missing toy pieces or damage on the day of hire to avoid fines.
Fines
Overdue Toys; $1 per week per toy (15 days grace will be given after which time you will be charged $1 per toy per week)
Missing pieces; $2-$15 per piece (Librarians' own discretion)
Dirty toys; $5 per toy (Cleaning-we endeavor to hire out toys that are clean, hygienic state and require them to be returned in the same condition.)
Danz Bags; Full replacement cost.
If the toy is deemed unusable due to loss or damage, members will be charged a replacement fee.
Please do not attempt to fix damaged toy without notifying WCTL.
Please contact our Librarian ( via email, phone or text ) if you cannot return toys and need to renew them- this will exempt you from fines.
